This modern Filipiniana is my attempt to make the iconic butterfly sleeves be casually wearable. Wear this cute top over your favourite dress or match it with denim, joggers, a maxi skirt---it can match almost with everything you have in your closet!
This modern Filipiniana top is made of jusi organza.
I worked with Ate Lei to create this beauty, I drafted the pattern, cut the fabric, then Ate Lei sewn it together whilst I was in the Philippines.
And then, I hand embroidered each flower whilst watching TV LOL when I got back here in London, United Kingdom.
This top can fit a UK12-14, it can fit a 14-16 too, but the armhole might be a bit tight.
